How to order

Step one
Browse through our collections here and send your order to fashioncuisine@ymail.com or by filling in the contact  form found on the right of this page. Send in your orders in this format.

Colour/Size(if any):
Payment method:
Collection method: Kindly provide your address if you select postage

Payment and collection method can be found below.

Step two
An invoice will be sent to your email within 24-48 hours. Make necessary payments promptly to avoid any delays.

Step three
Once payment has been verified, your item will be mailed to the address provided.



Collection Method
1. Normal Postage (by singpost)
Any lost/delay in delivery time will not be held responsible by us. Kindly opt for registered postage for a safer method.

2. Registered Postage (by singpost)
Once item has been mailed, you will receive a RA number to track your parcel. It can be tracked at www.singpost.com

3. Self Collection
Kindly inform us atleast a day (24 hours) in advance to ensure your item is ready for collection. Self collection is done at Pasir Ris st 21. Full address will be given upon confirmation. Payment must be made before collection date and timing confirmation.

Payment Method
We only accept bank transfer/ibanking/ATM cash deposit/bank in cash deposits. Payment details will be included in the invoice after order is received.
